I am actually really hoping for a search.pl (both for admin and one that I can
put on my list page) but even then, I don't think that I will include it in the
ring html code.  (For my ring, I think that this would be a bit "too much" and
would distract from the nature of the ring as a "ring".)  Placing a search at
the bottom of my list page will satisfy my needs.  And, if the demand was there
(which I'm pretty sure it won't be) I would simply provide the option for
members to include a search box by putting a paragraph on the homepage about how
to setup a form and simply link it to my search.pl script.
