RingLink Question

We're testing RingLink now - and I noticed something interesting.
The site order number - how is that determined? The reason I ask, it that
it appears that if you inactivate a site - then reactivate it - it goes into
the same position in the ring that it was in before... So a site in site
order 2 is moved to the queue - then another site become #2 in the order -
but when I move the original #2 from the queue to the ring, it becomes #2
again.
Someone of the testers mentioned that they liked being able choose their own
site ID... surprised the heck out of me. That never seemed like much of a
deal to me.
I love the email feature that allow me to edit the email before it is sent
to the member.
There's just one thing that I'm wondering about - and maybe someone can help
me with another approach.
The way I'm used to handling a site in the ring with a problem (like no
code) - is I move them to the queue - and send them a message with their
site ID (wr site ID = ##) in the Subject line of the message. Then, when
they respond to that message, I know which site we're talking about. When I
needed to find that site in the ring or queue, I looked it up by the site
ID.
Now, with RingLink, I'm not sure how I do that. I see that I can enter a
site ID (RL site ID = user assigned) to find that site in the list.
However, is there a way to get the site ID into the email... It appears
that we have no control over the Subject line of the email that goes out (is
it possible that we could?) Or, can we use the site ID variable within the
inactivate message template, to pull the site ID into the message?
Thanks for your help - and thanks for an alternative to Webring.
Pam
