Hello, I'm new to this list, and mighty glad to find it.  Ringlink is 
wonderful!  Thank you thank you thank you.  How can I help?
I got the files installed without losing any hair -- the readmes and FAQ's 
are very easy to follow, and all went well up until the point it actually 
needed to write to the data directory to create a new ring.  Dang.
Just one quick question, if one of you wizards would be so kind.  My domain 
host (ProHosting) does not allow files to be chmod of 777, can only do 
755.  This has caused no problem with other cgi scripts I'm running, but 
I'm wondering if it could be the source of Ringlink's reluctance to 
recognize the data directory I put on a same level with lib in the 
cgi-bin?  I've checked and doublechecked the path in the rlconfig.pm file.
Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.
