I did some tests, too, and one observation is that everything that
doesn't work includes emails which should have been sent but were not.
So my first guess is that the $sendmail variable in rlconfig.pm is not
correctly set.
I suggest that you check it again. If you don't know the sendmail path
on your server, consult your provider's cgi manual.
