you "move" your domain to their servers by changing your nameserver info.
 1) Won't the address in the visitors' browsers switch immediately anyway?
not if you choose "stealth redirection"... this keeps the entire site in an
invisible frame & your domain name stays in the browsers address bar.

no banners, no ads.  sometimes the servers are slow and once in a while
they're down.  like any other service.  however they're in the process of
upgrading right now.
