Stray Character

We setup ringlink using a mapped image and it appears that the excess
information within the fragment caused a ! character to be imbedded within
the code at ~ character 1054 in the emails that were sent to some members...
The code was one long string.
We redid the code, to include line breaks at appropriate points, and it
appears that corrected the problem.
It also didn't seem to appear in the code that was copied from RM - only in
the code sent in the email.
Any ideas of cause/correction?
