No Subject

I have everything set except /www/htdocs/gunnar/cgi-bin/ringlink/data
is data a file or a directory? if a file what ext.
I found my full server path from my server as  
" d:\html\users\yourdomaincom\html " 
I'm not sure of how to use. My cgi is previous to my html\
I tried both.
d:\html\users\yourdomaincom\html\cgi-bin\GBTUS_Ring\****
and
d:\html\users\yourdomaincom\cgi-bin\GBTUS_Ring\****
along with using 
**** being data, .pl .pm and a directory.
I continue to get...
Can't open /users/godblesstheusnet/cgi-bin/GBTUS_Ring/data
No such file or directory
