E-mail notification to ringmaster?

Hi.  I am new to this list, and to Ringlink.
I am one of the many Ringmasters investigating options for my exodus from
Yahoo.
I have installed Ringlink and am playing with it, but when new sites are
submitted to a ring, the Ringmaster does not seem to get notified, and I
can't seem to find an option to turn it on.
Am I missing something, or is this not available?
Please forgive me if this has been asked before.  I didn't notice it in the
FAQ, nor skimming though the archives.
