Yes, just visit any of the Member Ringlinks listed in the Ringlink Directory 
and you'll see that most have just adopted their WebRing Banners, and some 
like you are using image maps. Others even provide the HTML code for several 
banner options. Basicly everything you could do with your banner in the old 
WebRing System you can do in the new and more.
Also you can just have the Previous 5/Next 5 take you to the List page with 
the list page set for showing only 5 sites at a time.......
