It works for me... I saw Chuck's config and his is set up exactly the same mine is. *shrug* I know it took a couple days for me, but I figured it was the delay in my domain getting established. Besides, that was only a couple days. I think Chuck's almost a week now. Be sure to email NetFirms support. I've had to email them twice and always got a personal reply (not automated) by the next business day.
