No, the user must copy the image seperately.  Most do it by right clicking
on your sample and saving, then loading onto their server.
If you prefer NOT to be serving images every time one of your member sites
get a hit then you need to use the short path (just the file) and give your
members instructions to copy the image.  In this case you want to be sure
your image name makes sense  like  MYringlogo.jpg.
