www.csoft.net offers unlimited forwarding mailboxes, and unlimited pop 
account.  You need:  1)  10 bucks a month  and 2)  A domain name  You 
should also be at least somewhat familiar with linux, as the tech support 
with them is limited.  I don't know how you set up forward or pop with 
them, the person who referred me to them told me it's not exactly 
straightforward.  I've not set up with them yet though, probably won't 
until the start of next year as I want to provide POP accounts to members 
of my group, along with the auto-forwards and auto-redirects for their 
webpages.
www.pair.com Webmaster account is 30 a month.  They are who I use 
currently, and they've been great.  Their Tech support is also great.  With 
your domain name ($1/month for hookup) you get 25 pop accounts and 
unlimited forwarding.  Both are extremely easy to set up on a web 
interface.  The forwarding will allow you to set up an auto-forward for 
multiple people.  If you sign up for these guys, put me down as a reference d-:
