If you search an other Internet Service Provider with full cgi / 60 Mo / and 
for free, perhaps can you try this address :
http://www.ovh.org/60free/
The only inconvenient is the french language ! That can be bypassed with a  
on-linetranslator.
For example, you go at http://translator.go.com/ you put the address 
http://www.ovh.org/60free/ - than you will be able to surf in your language to 
see if this ISP is allright for you.
