Re: Site ID in Use Phenomena

The following is a message that has come up on our ring.

Can't open pipe to /bin/sendmail
Bad file descriptor
========
When it does show up, it appears that the site has not been created.
The person usually tries again and they get the can't create siteid
message.  This is only because the first time it actually was created.
Could this be the item of concern?
