Ringlink 1.1 checker

A suggested enhancement for the checker - provide the ability to check just
a portion of the ring - like sites 1-25.  We have 215 sites in the ring -
and it takes so long to run - and then the results list is kind of hard to
deal with.  If we could run it on just a few sites at a time, it wouldn't
take so long, and the results list would be more managable.
Just something to consider.
