The problem seems to be the settings in the rlconfig.pm file:
1) Is the setting of the variable $smtpserver correct? Shall be your
   SMTP server, i.e. a server that you have access to from the
   script.
2) If that didn't solve it, you should try to remove the # character
   before the $sendmail variable and assign $sendmail the same value
   as it had in the previous Ringlink version.
