Ring Problem

We're getting an error when we try to access our ring...  The error is: 

 

Can't open /home/simpletreasuresgm/www/Goldenmoon/cgi-bin/ringlink/data/SGMring/ring.db
No such file or directory

 

It appears that the data files are still there - but we're not able to access them.

 

This started when I had deleted a site from the queue - I entered a comment, and sent the message.  Then when I deleted the next site from the queue, I got the error. 

 

There's a possibility that the server was down, although I'm not sure if it was down at the time that the error started occurring - we're trying to find that out.

 

So - questions:

What could cause this?

Could the server going down at the same time that I was deleting a site cause this?/

How can we fix it?
