Ringlink 1.11 - modifications

I have done the following modifications in the current version:
1. Checker timeout increased to 30 seconds per page
2. Checker status messages displayed
3. The code for removing sites is changed (and possibly safer than
   previously)
The modifications affect ring.pm and site.pm
