I'm not sure what you are saying, so this reply is a wild guess. I guess
you mean that you get "Internal server error" when you try "Ring admin"
or "Add new ring"... If that's what you mean, I suggest that you try to
uncomment the command
        use LWP::UserAgent;
at line 29 in ring.pm, i.e.
        #use LWP::UserAgent;
If you try this, please let me know whether it made a difference.
