Release of Ringlink 1.12

Ringlink 1.12 is available for download.
The site validity checker has been further modified in this version:
- The timeout setting can be controlled from "Ring admin".
- The number of failed sites is stated on the result page.
The checker is no longer a beta feature, but it's a workable tool which
makes ring management more easy. Together with Ringlink's option to
register a HTML code URL, separated from the page to which the ring
surfers are directed, it can be used irrespective of the ringmaster's
requirements with respect to the fragment location.
