(off-topic) searching for a script

Okay, I know this is not good behaviour on my part, but I'm really
stuck.
On a script directory site I saw a description of a (perl) cgi script
which looked to be an ideal solution for one of my domain access
problems. The directory doesn't show the destination URLs, only a
database pull, so when it turned out that record was empty and it
couldn't direct me anywhere...
The script is called "The Bouncer" ... anyone know where the hell I can
get it?
