First, I apologize for the foul language, but in this case, I feel it is justified. As of this moment, I am officially boycotting all things related to Websolo (www.websolo.com), ABAC (www.abac.com), and their parent company, A+Net (www.aplus.net)! To anyone that I've referred to the service, I sincerely apologize. Perhaps you have had better experiences with them than I, but they have gone TOO FAR! We started off with them over a year ago, using them primarily as storage space for our themes. Then, we purchased two domains from them, www.abetterview.net and www.anewperspective.net. We continually received bad service and support from them in regard to our www.abetterview.net account, and eventually dished out the money to move that domain to a different server. Now, anytime we email anyone using ABAC as their mail server (namely Kristy, Missy, and SyberGypsy), the mail bounces. When we asked them about this, they refused to help us because we were no longer customers under that domain. But, as the www.anewperspective.net account sat around not being used much, we left it where it was...until I began running the webrings. Both webring homepages were located on that domain, and eventually the program that ran the rings, as well. Well, needless to say, ABAC began to screw up the account more and more, and lately, when some of the webring's vital files were destroyed, I contacted them for support. They, after ignoring my emails for a week, responded with the worst customer service email I've ever received. I had decided that I would move the domain to another server as soon as I could afford it. Until tonight.......... They have deleted everything on my domain, and have locked me out of accessing it, including FTP. They've already charged my credit card for this month, so lack of payment cannot be used as an excuse. Everything was fine until I contacted their technical support. I even just got off the phone with their 24-hour technical support, and the representative could not tell what was wrong. As far as he could tell, the account was fine. All he could do was start a ticket to have the admin guys look it tomorrow. I'm fed up with their unprofessional and insincere service (or lack thereof). Come January, when I can afford to do so, I will be leaving ABAC for good, and I would highly recommend doing the same to everyone else who uses their service. While things may be OK for you now, one of these days things will get worse. It is inevitable with this company.
