I am not sure if it is apache or not, I will have to check into that.  I had
thought that the quere calls might get in the way of a redirect.
If anyone has any other thoughts, all help is appreciated.  If a redirect
could be done, it sure would ease up the pressure some of getting all the
ringmembers to change their html fragments.
