RE: search by site id bug

That's interesting.  I hadn't had a problem before, but since you mentioned
it, I tried it.  It looks like when you search for a site ID in the activate
sites, you get a list starting with the site with that ID.  However, when
you search in the INactive sites, you get a list starting with the site
AFTER the site ID that you're searching for.   This is in Ringlink 1.12
