On behalf of all Ringlink users, both on and off this list, let me take
this opportunity to thank you for your excellent work with the Ringlink
FAQ Site. We do appreciate it!
And to all of you:
Thanks for making Ringlink become such an unexpected success. I'm doing
this purely for fun, but it's satisfying to realize that the program has
been used and appreciated by a lot of people.
Because of the nature of the concept, a distributed software, nobody is
able to tell the number of rings or sites making use of Ringlink. Some
of them are registered in the Ringlink Systems Directory (btw, thanks
Pete for the directory!) and a couple of webrings, but I know there are
plenty of "anonymous" Ringlink installations out there.
During 2001, I hope that more people will become actively involved in
the development of Ringlink, and I have made a few preparations to make
it easier. More about that soon.
