Upgrade

How would I upgrade from Ringlink V1.2 to Ringlink V2.0?  It doesn't say 
anything about it in the "READEME.TXT", it only tells you the warnings (like 
what files have been changed).  Is the "INSTALL" section in the "README.TXT" 
file the upgrade, or no?
