Difficulty with 2.0

I've installed 2.0 and overlaid the "pre-2.0" test files.
I tweaked rlmain for colors and other personalization.
Setting the colors has worked.
The English-to-English translation file I am using has worked.
However, I'm encountering a problem in admin.pl
I launch it and log in.
The login succeeds.
If I click on either the WebRing Admin button or on the New WebRing button,
I get the same error.
In the case of the New WebRing function, it happens after I fill out all the
info for the new webring and click to continue.
In the case of WebRing Admin function, it happens as soon as select the
webring to administer and click the switch button.
The error says:

I'm suspecting an install error on my part. Any advice would be appreciated.
