I had the CGI-Wrap Problem Now PGetText error

Software error:
Cannot open language file /home/sites/site65/web/cgi-bin/ringlink/lang/mo/ at 
lib/Locale/PGetText.pm line 108. 
I downloaded the new LangInstall.pl and ran it and got the Language databases 
were created from:
en.po
es.po
fr.po
sv.po
admin.pl and ringadmin.pl all give similar errors..
