Sounds good to me.
If I understand correctly they'd be unable to join a Ringlink System until
they had first listed their WebRing with the Directory??
How this would actually be acomplished might take some careful wording and
some artful programming???
This is certainly a short gap option until the more advanced programming
could take place. :-)

I think something like this was discussed before but I can't remember the
details.
Would it be possible to have the RL Program modified to send the new RMs
directly to the Ringlink Ring Directory at some point near the end of sign
up for a new ring - don't give them a choice just send them - have them
complete the directory information and then have the directory send them
back to the ring system hosting site? Wouldn't this simplify the re-writing
of both programs and reduce the amount of data being sent back and forth
between the programs?
