International Issue: Categories: Ringlink Web Ring Directory??

Hi
as this fantastic project is still in a development stage, it might  be 
worth the while to invest some in future development potentials.
The web is becoming more and more an international, multilingual 
place. By 2005 we expect 77 million users in Latin America - say 
in spanish language. Same for french, italian, scandinavian 
languages etc. etc. ...
Considering this trend, where english in percentage will be only one 
along with many other different languages, it might be a good idea 
to set the basis for further development now, so that a link directory 
and the same ringlink programm will allow multilingual interfaces 
and language management.
As I have been trying around with some of the link directoy tools 
like Links, phpLinks etc. I always found it difficult to separate the 
three parts: 
         interface , program , content 
As far as I can see, the best way is with a relational database, 
which allows to asign labels in different languages for all interface 
and steps.
Well, thats just 0.01 cent ...
