Details by default?

When you are in 'Active sites' or 'Inactive sites' in 'Ring admin', you can
check 'Complete site info' to view all the submitted info for the displayed
sites. One Ringlink user suggested that the complete site info is displayed
by default instead, since it can be assumed that ringmasters want to see
the details before activating a site.
The reason why I chose not to display all the details by default was to
keep the size of the page list small. But maybe this point is valid only as
regards 'Active sites'.
Accordingly I'm considering to change the program so that the complete site
info is displayed by default when you list inactive sites, while keeping it
as it is for active sites. But before I make this change, I'd appreciate
comments from a few Ringlink users.
