Because it looks for strings that are built from the $rlmain::cgiURL
variable in rlconfig.pm.

So, I tried changing that variable to
      http://RingDeli.com
Alas, that caused the whole system to fail.
So I put it back.
I'll check the checker. Perhaps I may add a new variable for the checker to
use instead of having it use $rlmain::cgiURL
