My first thought is: You don't put all the addresses in the "To:" field,
don't you? I mean, you put them in the "bcc:" field, so that you don't send
the email list to all the 2000 persons, right? (Btw, is that possible with
Outlook?)
But irrespective of that, a bounced message will normally tell you only
which actual address(es) that failed. That is, if you don't email all the
2000 members individually, and the original message is attached to the
return message...

There isn't yet, but it's planned. In the task manager, there is a
subproject called "Search in Ring admin" (see
http://sourceforge.net/pm/?group_id=15568). That feature should be given
high priority, IMO. (I mean, so it's there far before you get your 2000
members ... :)
Isn't that a better solution?
