     This is a bit confusing, but is what is being suggested that the Join 
form have a new field where the new member would enter the:
  'Url address to the folder containing your images'  ($picfolder)?
     The RingMaster would then when setting up that ring's navpanel, enter 
the placeholder [picfolder]/left.gif and [picfolder]/right.gif in the HTML 
code as entered in the 'Customize HTML codepage' for that ring.
    The RingMaster would then enter on the 'Customize Appearance' page the 
'Navpanel image url' and the 'Right Navpanel image url' address/es, or leave 
one or both blank if that ring's navpanel used none or only 1 image.
    These images would then appear above the navpanel as displayed on the 
'Get code' page.
    Under the image/s the new member would be asked to right click on the 
above image/s and download it/them to the $picfolder address they gave when 
they joined that ring.
    The images would then also be attached to the outgoing email message that 
is sent to the webmaster after a new site has been added?
    If a navpanel only used 1 image, then the right image could be used as an 
alternate image for that ring's navpanel...?
