| MetaCrawler utilizes the following search engines (max. No. of search results per source in brackets): AltaVista (30), Excite (30), Infoseek (25), LookSmart (10), Lycos (30), The Mining Co. (30), Thunderstone (30), WebCrawler (30) and Yahoo (30). It searches those search engines, throws out the duplicates and summarizes the results. | |
