It's high time to launch the Quotation Ring mailing list, isn't it? Here
is some supplementary info about it:
- There is no digest version, and personally I don't see any need
  for it. Even if it would be pleasant :-) I don't think that our
  mailboxes will be flooded with messages from this feature.
- The list messages will be archived at
  http://www.gunnar.cc/webring/quotes/mailarc/maillist.html .
  So, if a lot of messages would be posted after all, we have the
  option to unsubscribe and still be able to follow the discussion.
  And new subscribers can see the old messages, which should reduce
  the risk for previously discussed subjects being unnecessarily
  repeated.
- Only them who are presently subscribed can post messages to
  quotation-ring-l@gunnar.cc, i.e. the from address must be the
  subscribed email address. This might be somewhat uncomfortable
  when we are accessing Internet from borrowed computers etc., but
  it's a way to reduce the risk for spam and other unsolicited
  postings. For the time being the list is not moderated.
