In the process of preparing the article in the alt.quotations FAQ on "today's youth" which is falsely attributed to Socrates at: http://www.mindspring.com/~samhobbs/alt-quotations/quotations.html#socratesonyouth I was reminded of a similar quotation which is sometimes attributed to Seneca that includes a line on very approximately "young people today recklessly operating chariots in the streets." At first I did not even recall that it was attributed to Seneca. Another individual has suggested that the line was added to the Seneca quote by Ayn Rand and it was delivered during a labor dispute that occurred during the filming of _Ben Hur_. Can anyone help with this. Thanks Sam Quotation Ring Mailing List --------------------------- No attachments, spam or unrelated advertisements, please!
