On my site, what I require is that when visitors are going to use a good 
amount of quotes from my site on theirs, that they give me credit.  I leave 
it up to their good judgement what a "good amount" is.  I only do this 
because as I have been surfing for other quotes sites I have come across 
sites, almost identical to mine, with only a few of the quotes on their sites 
that aren't on mine, and when questioned they admitted they copied my site.  
So that is the only reason I ever ask for permission is because if they are 
going to copy my site, I want some credit for it by giving me a link back.
