Since introductions seem to be in order, my name is Susan
Ives, and I maintain the web site for the peaceCENTER in San Antonio, TX. We
have a section of peaceQUOTES, at http://www.salsa.net/peace/quotes.html
Little did they know when they shove a photocopied list of
about 50 quotes into my hands that this was a passion of mine, which came to a
head when I spent a year a a speechwriter. Our goal now is to come up with
366 great ones so we can publish a peaceQUOTE calendar.
My quotes are not yet organized. I keep telling myself that
there's a serendipity in jumbling them all up, plus organization takes time. I
maintain other websites on other topics where the indexing takes three times as
long as the initial entry. What are other list members' thoughts on organizing
quotes? I'm leaning towards alphabetical by author, since mine are essentially
all on the same topic.
