the speech in With Honors

Some of you may have seen this thread on the newsgroups. I htought I would 
try here too.
I got a chance to see this movie for the first time a few weeks ago. While in 
a lecture with a college student, the bum gives a speech on the type of 
Democracy this country is and the consitution. If anyone knows where I can 
get the words tothat speech please tell me. I've been trying to find it for a 
few weeks now . . .
